I am new to Linux and looking to purchase a Laptop with Ubuntu pre installed or install it on one.

I am looking around for the best deal and good build.

Ive found a few sites that offer pre installed Ubuntu.

Just wondering if anyone has used these computers before or can recommend any where else to look.

My favourite Linux machine company is

I will vouch for the very high quality and reliability of everything that these folks sell.
You should also check out Emperor Linux. Pricier than your options, but they sell quality machines and have good support.

And don't overlook the ASUS Eee PC line. Great little machines, and very affordable.
