I have some problems with hugin. I tried to correct barrel distortion in my pictures but i can not do it. Perhaps i have some problems with finding the right control points because after selecting some vertical lines and horizontal about 3 vertical and 3 horizontal line (each control point one in the first picture and the other in the second picture) then i selected in the optimizer tab the position and barrel distortion and i selected the preview button and neither one of my picture became a good picture; it became a small circle or a very distort picture like a balloon, i would really like to know what am i doing wrong, can you help me please?

After i Finish with Optimization i tried to save the file but the file was not saved
