What world are you guys living on? I have 20+ years of background as an IBM Midrange something or other, I have pretty good MS office skills, and pretty good PC skills, built a fair size network at my last job, and am told (not self proclaimed) that I'm very good with people..... I guess --- a little of everything like most of us---- including being a programmer analyst. I have also done software support on some major packages.

At latest check, I find (0.0, Nyet, zilch, nada, nothing) in IT advertising, let alone something that accomodates my BA in Business Administration. I see nothing that stable to go to, and I live in an area (30 mile radius) of approximately a quarter million. I'm praying my job holds up (I work in Healthcare) until I can dust off some skills. I'm deathly afraid of what will happen to health care after "reforms".

If there are good opportunities out there, I'd really like to know where they are. Can anybody suggest some new job skills, as I perceive the iSeries as a downbound train.
